Here’s how to resolve a boot looping Windows 10 Mobile device Microsoft recommends the Windows Device Recovery Tool to resolve this, but due to the nature of bootlooping Windows Phones, non-enthusiasts will be unable to (for the most part), get the Recovery Tool to even “see” your phone to initiate the restore process. If your device managed to install this update, you’ll notice that you can’t actually get the phone to boot up, instead, your phone will be stuck in a boot loop and jump from the OEM logo to the Windows Logo and back again. This update was unintentional and consisted of builds ranging from iot builds to Xbox insider builds which are of course not compatible with Windows mobile hardware. I have tried on three different wifi hotspots, my home and my work, both of which are working fine with other equipment and a friends.Last night, Microsoft accidentally released a disastrous update for Windows 10 Mobile devices, insider and non-insider likewise. I wiped the app from the phone and tried to reset everything as if it was a new set up but now I cannot download the app. Since then I have been unable to sync the charge with my phone I tried resetting the charge but it now shows the wrong date and time. I then left the charge at home as I was sailing and they are not waterproof, which is not ideal for a fitness tracker and had this beèn a little clearer when looking at which tracker to buy would probably have put me off. In mid June I took the charge, but not the phone, to Canada for four weeks, it stayed on English time which was not an issue and when I came back tried to sync but did not happen.
I bought a charge in April and got the app and it worked fine synced easily and recorded all exercise. Hi I have emailed support three times regarding issues with my charge and downloading the app to a Lumia 520.
